Shine Hospitality Perth has a communication system which is available on site that records daily requests and minor issues requiring rectification. This communication log is normally between the site manager and the onsite cleaning staff. Our assigned Area Supervisor reviews the data in the book weekly to assess any ongoing issues and whether the cleaners have been prompt in their service reply. Area Supervisors also record the details of the visit each time they inspect the site. This model provides a permanent record of all interactions and monitoring of the site.
