Who We Help

Working with Us

Shine HP employs a variety of policies and procedures to ensure our work always exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Every cleaning program is bespoke, and our quality control is sky high

Shine Hospitality Perth provides customised cleaning programs and services. When designing a service program, it is important for us to establish how many hours will be required to service any one site to ensure we assign the right staff numbers and skill sets.

Your cleaning program is backed with detailed checklists to be signed off by cleaning staff and their supervisors. This essential process ensures that all areas are completed and gives our Area Supervisors a reference check as to which employee is responsible should the services not exceed your expectations.

As part of Shine’s service, we provide a weekly inspection to be completed by our Area Supervisor With the use of iAuditor they are able to complete an inspection report and analyse any efficiencies and implement any changes to our service program.

Our Occupational Health and Safety policies protect our staff and your assets.
